Coaching offers an opportunity to step back, sort through what matters, consider possibilities, and make more intentional choices. Areas of focus may include career or educational decisions, entrepreneurial growth, leadership and communication, confidence, competing priorities, and turning ideas or goals into meaningful action. The work may be practical, reflective, or both, depending on what you are navigating and what would be most useful in the moment.

Leadership matters at every level. Self-awareness, communication, adaptability, and intentional leadership can strengthen both individual effectiveness and the broader organization, including among people who do not hold formal leadership titles.

About the Coach
Hi! I’m Violet. My background spans law, audit, risk, and entrepreneurial work, giving me a broad understanding of change, decision-making, and the realities of navigating competing priorities. I bring that perspective along with the lived experience of being part of a military family, to coaching with curiosity, candor, and respect for each client’s own judgment.
Outside of collaborating with clients, I enjoy time with family and friends, biking, traveling, exploring new places, and finding my way to the coastal Carolinas. I’m always on the lookout for experiences that offer a fresh perspective. Curiosity, openness, and a good sense of humor are an important part of how I move through life.
